There are two types of shells released in War of Tanks

ARMOR-PIERCING SHELLS (AP)

• Available only for silver.

Hints for use:

• Always keep AP shells in stock;
• Try to get into weak zones of tank.

ARMOR-PIERCING CALIBER REDUCED SHELLS (APCR)

• Available only for gold;
• Makes more damage;
• Higher chance to expose your enemy to a random negative.

Hints for use:

• It’s recommended to use APCR in the tough moments of game due to the increased chance of rotation mechanism damage/reloading mechanism damage/fire.
